Return & Exchange Policy

Orders are delivered within 7-10 days from the date of order.

We want to ensure you have the best experience ever. If you encounter a problem with any product, we will identify and resolve it. ● You can refuse the product immediately upon receipt from the carrier if it has any defects or is in poor condition. ● In the case of a size error by the customer, the customer will bear all shipping costs. ● Products can be exchanged within fourteen days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and plastic packaging, with the customer covering transportation costs. ● If the warranty or invoice is lost, the product will be out of warranty.

You can get a refund in two ways. 1 – Receive the money in cash, via InstaPay, or through any electronic wallet as soon as our agent receives the package. 2 – Exchange the returned product for another product.
